Warranty

General

All products sold by Checkmate Merchandising Pty Ltd Trading as Flowsell® are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of five (5) years from the date of shipment. If you believe that any Flowsell® product you have purchased has a defect in material or workmanship or has failed during normal use within the warranty period, please contact Flowsell® at (03) 9708 2276 for assistance.

If product repair is necessary Flowsell® will first attend the site to correct the defect. If replacement is necessary, the customer will be solely responsible for proper packaging of the returned equipment to prevent breakage in transit, whether or not the product is covered by this warranty.

Limitations

This warranty does not apply to defects resulting from any customer actions, such as improper installation, mishandling, operation outside of design limits, misapplication, improper repair or unauthorized modification. No other warranties are expressed or implied. Flowsell’s liability shall be limited to the actual purchase price of any defective unit or units of equipment to which a claim is made, and shall in no event include the Customer’s manufacturing costs, lost profits or goodwill, or any other direct, indirect, special, incidental or consequential damages whether based on contract, tort or other legal theory.

Cleaning

Flowsell products have smooth external surfaces for ease of cleaning and products have internal slots to minimise dust collection. Products should be regularly cleaned by dry methods such as dust cloth etc. Cleaning should comply with the facilities infection control procedure.
