If an item is deemed to be faulty, Flowsell® will arrange and fund the return of the faulty items back to us. For a change of mind return the purchaser is responsible for the cost of returning the item back to Flowsell®.
Returns
In addition to your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (including any rights in respect of faulty items) you may return most unused and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a replacement or a full refund of the price you paid excluding the original freight and installation fee.
Returns are subject to the items or equipment being returned in the same condition in which you received them. All items must be returned unused and undamaged.
